Existing BSA AML Compliance Program Assessment
ODM will conduct a review to assess the effectiveness of your BSA AML program and verify that it is in compliance with all laws and regulations.
Our work will be performed in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines. The FFIEC BSA AML Examination Manual serves as a guideline and functions as the platform for our review program. Provided documents include:
- Risk Assessment Document
- Recommendation Document with enhanced procedures
- BSA/AML Program Plan as approved by client’s management
Ongoing Assessment Program
On a monthly basis ODM will conduct BSA/AML Monitoring Program Review(s) of pre-selected stores to assess if the selected stores are complying with your BSA/AML Monitoring Program. A complete Management Report will be provided by store location assessed.
Independent Testing / Review Services
ODM can also conduct your MSB’s BSA AML independent annual testing / review to ensure that it is performing according to the established BSA / AML compliance program.
ODM can provide your required periodic BSA AML training for all employees.
